Jina Wallace, Nurse
I have been an L&D nurse for Baylor Scott and White for 13 years and my love for helping to bring joy in people’s lives led me to become a nurse injector for Botox and fillers. It’s so exciting to enhance a person’s beauty and give them the confidence they desire.
Jane Singer, Nurse Practitioner Midwife
I am a Wisconsin native from Green Bay and have lived in Texas with my husband and 3 kids for the past 13 years. I started out as an RN in labor and delivery for 10 years at St. Mary’s Hospital in Green Bay. I attended Marquette University and graduated with a degree of Masters of Science in Nurse-Midwifery in May of 2003. I began work as a full scope Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) at Prevea Clinic and delivered babies at St. Mary’s Hospital. I provided a full range of patient care services including, annual gynecological exams, family planning, contraception management, primary care, lactation consults, antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum care. It was a large practice with 8 OB/GYNs and about 10 nurse practitioners and a midwife partner. During my time there, I became certified as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in 2006. I stayed there for over 4 years until my relocation to Texas in 2007. I found work at Women’s Health Alliance at Baylor University Medical Center as a CNM, IBCLC and stayed there for over 2 years providing full scope women’s health care and delivering babies at Baylor. It was also a large practice with 8 physicians and midwife partner. After taking some time to stay home with my kids, I later began working at Parkland Hospital in Dallas as an IBCLC until I left there to return to my midwifery roots. I began working in a Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) at Fort Worth Perinatal Associated P.A assisting the perinatologists there in caring for high risk obstetric patients. I became a diabetic educator and was trained in basic obstetric sonography. After approximately 4 years in maternal fetal medicine, I left and began work with Women’s Integrated Healthcare in Grapevine Texas. I have since left there and find myself working with Dr. Luis DeLeon Usuga. My primary location is at the Garland site.
